Website activity

Our first-party tracker records page loads, consultation-link clicks, email-link clicks, and booking-completion signals from the embedded calendar. It also records campaign labels in incoming links and, when available, the referring website's hostname. This helps us understand which articles, referrals, and campaigns bring people to Luminary.

This tracker does not set cookies or store a persistent visitor identifier. A temporary identifier lasts only for the current page load. It does not collect your name, email address, full browsing history, or full referring URL. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Raw activity records are automatically removed after 400 days.

Consultations and inquiries

When you book through Calendly or contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and manage the conversation. Our private lead records may include your name, email, company, scheduling information, source, notes, follow-up date, and the status and value of a potential engagement. Once connected, Calendly sends booking and cancellation details to our private dashboard. We keep lead records until they are deleted; you can contact us to request a correction or deletion.

Services that support this site

Render hosts the public website. Cloudflare hosts our activity and lead-management application and its database. These providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, in their infrastructure logs. Our admin sign-in protection uses a temporary keyed hash of the connecting IP to limit repeated attempts.

Calendly provides the scheduling widget and booking pages and may use its own cookies or other technologies. See Calendly's privacy notice for its practices. Google Fonts supplies fonts on our homepage and receives the requests needed to load them.

Private admin access

Our admin dashboard uses a necessary session cookie for sign-in, which expires after eight hours. Lead records and exported contact lists are available only through authenticated admin access.
